When I coach clients to losing 10, 20, and even 70 pounds or more, we set up a very simple "foundation".
Your foundation might look different than someone else's, and that's fine. In fact, that's the way it should be.
For example, some folks LOVE to exercise and despise dieting, while others eat great, but despise exercise.
So we build a simple "foundation" based on their personality.
For instance, let's say someone is overwhelmed with the idea of changing their diet.
A good "foundation" would be to simply aim for 2 servings of fruits OR veggies throughout the day.
It's not completely changing your diet, nor is it overwhelming because you can "mix and match" it
(example: 1 apple and 1 small salad - boom, you've done it!)
It's not much, but it's a good "foundation" to build on.
Here's another example of a "foundation" you can start tonight, no matter your age, that has NOTHING to do with exercise or changing your diet...
Polyphenols.
Say what?
So certain polyphenols speed up fat-burning, while reducing hunger at the same time.
Which means your body is burning more fat but you don’t feel hungry all the time.
