No joke. Your fat is actually intelligent tissue.
- It releases hormones
- Helps regulate your appetite
- Cushions organs
- Affects your immune system
- Stores energy (not just for “someday” emergencies, but even for your everyday needs)
It’s not just a squishy blob. It’s a living, breathing part of your body’s inner "GPS".
Too much or too little, and things go haywire. So instead of declaring war on it, we should be learning how to work with it.

let’s be clear... I’m not saying all fat is helpful at all times.
Excess body fat (especially visceral fat around organs) can increase the risk of health problems.
But simply focusing on fat loss without understanding why your body holds onto fat in the first place?
