Does it ever feel
like your joints are just... grinding?
Whether it’s climbing stairs, getting up from a chair, or just walking around the block, those snap, crackle, and pop sounds aren’t exactly a soundtrack for a healthy life.
Look, your joints weren’t designed to keep "grinding away".
Over time, things like chronic inflammation, cartilage breakdown, and dehydration inside your joints make movement painful and stiff.
But what if you could actually rebuild those joints from the inside out - without surgery or endless pills?
That’s exactly what Dr. Gregory Smith of Harvard discovered.
He used a daily dose of “joint candy” - a special gummy to give his joints the support they were missing.
In fact, the results were so good, he canceled his knee replacement surgery.
These gummies don’t just mask pain, either.
It’s a simple, delicious way to support your joints so you can enjoy everything from morning walks to chasing grandkids, without the grind.
Speaking of grind...
My coaching client tested this new metabolic circuit out and she loved it. By the way, she's in her 60s.
You'll do this circuit 4 times, increasing the work/rest ratio with every circuit. Use a weight you can do with about 10 secs left "in the tank" for the swings.
Circuit 1: 20 secs of work, 40 secs of rest
Circuit 2: 30 secs of work, 30 secs of
rest
Circuit 3: 40 secs of work, 20 secs of rest
Circuit 4: 50 secs of work, 10 secs of rest
- Kettlebell Swings (use a dumbbell if you don't have kbs)
- Plank (you can do a chair plank if needed)
- Jumping
Jacks or Modified Jumping Jacks
And don't forget your gummies.
