Q: What equipment will I need?
A: I give ZERO-equipment options with every finisher. If you have dumbbells, you're basically getting 200 finishers because of the dumbbell/bodyweight options. Now obviously, with the Kettlebell Finishers bonus guide, you'll need a single kettlebell.
Q: How can I use these finishers?
A: Your best option is to use them immediately after your workout. It replaces boring cardio and floods your body with adrenaline.
