This won't sound
"sexy", but the truth is I have a max of 3 goals with my clients every week.
These 3 goals vary from person to person based on their goals, lifestyle, and most importantly, their fitness personality.
Sometimes, it's a protein target...
Sometimes, it's a strength training target...
Sometimes it's a 2-minute bedtime routine...
Sometimes, it's a calorie target (some want to know exactly how many calories to hit, while others DESPISE calorie counting so I show them how
to achieve results without doing that).
Sometimes, it's even specific like combining certain foods to optimize hormones.
I don't make them drink protein shakes (unless they like them and some do).
I
don't make them drastically cut their calories because what's the point of losing body fat if you're tired all the time and cranky?
We also don't have any foods off limits so it's easier to stick to.
I also don't make them pound their joints.
And I don't make them do 15 exercises to "confuse their muscles". That's too complicated and hard to remember.
Look, if you dwindle it down to 3 goals or less, while doing the "needle movers" based on your fitness personality, you'll get results.
I know it's not "exciting", but neither is looking for a magic bullet only to be disappointed.
Let's be real here. Results are what bring excitement....
And not only that, but keep it off. Look at this message from a FORMER client (this is what it's about!)...
I want you to experience this, too... where fitness is longer a chore, but a part of who you are.
