You’ve probably seen
wild supplement claims before…
“This burns fat in your sleep!”
“No workouts needed!”
“Eat whatever you want and still lose weight!”
Yeah… no thanks. I don’t buy into that either.
But every now and then, something worth exploring pops up—and this caught my attention.
It’s a supplement that’s been making the rounds online, often referred to as the "purple peel".
Yes, the marketing is a little over the top, but here’s the real
deal:
- It’s designed to support a healthy metabolism
- Some folks are using it to break through stubborn plateaus
- And yes—it works best with good habits (not instead of them)
If you’re already eating better and moving your body
regularly, this might be a helpful add-on to accelerate progress.
