That’s what she told me almost two yearsafter we wrapped up coaching:
“Still using all the tools you gave me to create great habits that are easy to follow and don’t feel hard all the time.”
How many people can say that two years after losing weight?
(If you’ve ever lost weight only to gain it all back… you know how rare that is.)
She’s still crushing her goal weight. Still feeling good. Still using the exact plan we built — and that plan was based on something most people totally overlook:
Her personality.
You see, she wasn’t handed a generic workout plan and told to "try harder."
We figured out what kind of person she is when it comes to consistency, motivation, and lifestyle rhythms. Once that was clear, the strategy basically built
itself.
She didn’t cut carbs. She didn’t do anything extreme. She just found a groove that actually matched how she’s wired — and stuck with it.
Honestly, that’s the difference between short-term success and lasting change.
So here's one piece of actionable advice, whether you ever apply to work with me or not:
Stop chasing the plan that works “best.” Start finding the one that works best for you.
If you’re someone who needs structure but hates
rigidity — there’s a way to work with that.
If you’re the kind of person who needs flexibility — but accountability too — there’s a path for that.
If your energy tanks at the same time every day — that’s not laziness.
That’s data.
You don’t need to become a new person to get results.
You just need to stop trying to follow plans made for someone else.
That’s exactly what I do in coaching.
And if that resonates with you, I’ve got a quick video on why most people don’t lose the weight — or why they gain it back — even when they’re doing all the “right” things.
You’ll see what I mean when you watch it.
If it clicks, the button to apply is right below the video.
