You’ve probably
heard it a thousand times...
“Love your body!”
Sounds nice in theory.
But here’s the thing - what if you don’t?
What if some days you look in the mirror and just feel… “meh”?
Here’s the truth: you don’t have to love your body to thrive.
What matters more is how you treat your body.
Eating foods that make you feel energized, not sluggish most of the time...
Moving in ways that make you feel strong, not broken...
Enjoying life now instead of waiting until you “deserve” it by hitting a goal weight or
clothing size.
That’s the idea behind something called body neutrality and it’s way more freeing than obsessing over how you look 24/7.
Instead of focusing on appearance, you focus on function.
On how your body allows you to show up in your life.
It might look like this:
- Exercising or training because it makes you feel capable and alive, not because you’re chasing a smaller waist.
- Choosing to stop after a couple of treats... not
because you’re scared of “ruining” your progress, but because you’ve learned how too much actually makes you feel worse.
- Finally doing the things you’ve been putting off until you “look ready... like playing a sport again, wearing that outfit, or booking the trip.
You don’t have to wait. Start doing the things you love today.
And here’s the funny thing... when you stop being consumed by the mirror, you actually create more space to make progress.
Strength goes up. Energy goes up. Confidence goes up.
That’s the kind of
change that lasts.
If you’ve been stuck in the “all or nothing” cycle, waiting until you love the way you look to finally go all-in, I want to help you break out of it.
That’s exactly what I do inside my mentorship, helping people over 40 stop waiting, stop spinning their wheels, and finally get results
that last.
