This is a scenario I've seen dozens of times over the years...
A so-called solution becomes a road block...
Meal plans.
It goes something like this...
"I do great for a few weeks, even lose some weight, but then it gets boring. I can only eat so much chicken, fish, fruit, and veggies."
OR...
"I did great on the ____ diet and meal plan. I lost ___lbs. But then I gained it back because I couldn't stick to it."
