You might be telling yourself: “This time, I’m starting over. All in. Total reset.”
But what if I told you that you don’t need to start from scratch?
What if the real key to change isn’t overhauling everything… but tweaking a few things you’re already doing?
Because for most of the women and men I mentor, they’re already doing a lot
right.
It’s not a lack of effort. It’s a lack of strategy and support.
And once we uncover your blind spots...
... the ones that stall progress without you even realizing it.
Then your path becomes a whole lot clearer (and simpler).
For example:
Eating healthy but not seeing results?
A slight shift in meal timing, protein distribution, or a simple shift in food combinations could change
that.
Doing workouts but not getting leaner?
Maybe it’s time to adjust intensity, not frequency. (And many times, it's REDUCING intensity as cortisol plays a big role in how we react to movement!)
Doing “everything right” but still stuck?
That’s when stress, sleep, or hidden habits could be quietly holding you back.
You don’t need a brand-new plan.
You need the right adjustments based on you.
Now if you’re thinking
things like: “I should be able to figure this out on my own.”...
That’s like trying to cut your own hair with garden shears. Sure, you could… but why make it harder?
“I don’t want to commit to something and then not follow through."
Totally fair. But part of the mentorship is building your consistency muscle without relying on willpower (because willpower, quite frankly, is over-rated).
“Now’s not the perfect time.”
Honestly? It never is. Life doesn’t pause, and waiting for the stars to align usually leads to
another 6 months of frustration.
Instead of letting this August turn into another “maybe next month,” what if you actually had:
A coach who has been in your shoes in your corner...
A plan tailored to your lifestyle so you're not
just doing another "program" but integrating a lifestyle that makes sense for you...
Small weekly changes that stick
And hey, I’m not asking you to just take my word for it:
For example, when losing weight
becomes a bonus VS the focus...
Or when one of my clients uses my favorite word when it comes to health...
"thriving" (and yes, I do love using humor when I mentor you)
Or
having the energy to invest in your family...
Look, if that inner nudge is saying, “maybe
I should do something different this time…”
