When it comes to push-ups, most people think those are for your shoulders and chest. Sure, this move does hit those muscles, but push-ups also:
- Improve your posture, making you look leaner!
- Improve core strength, preventing future low back issues
- Work your glutes in addition to your
core, chest, shoulders, and arms (which means they burn more calories than a lot of other exercises
OK, you really know what I'm really tired of hearing?
"You need to cut carbs if you wanna lose weight."
