One of the perks my wife has is I design her training program every month.
In her most recent program, she requested one of her workouts be shorter than normal...
So, I definitely inserted this:
#1 exercise that only needs 5 reps per set

And you'll see how I made it to where you don't even need equipment.
The exercise was created by Todd Durkin and I still use it with my clients to this day (with modifications of course).
I challenge you to do this move (70-second tutorial) after your next workout as your cardio. You can skip the treadmill. :)
