I'm literally sitting here enjoying a Ghost Energy drink before I depart to the gym for some knee rehab and a lower body workout. Don't judge me (I love Ghost!). Anyway...

Every January, it's the same story. Everyone is super pumped about their New Year resolutions. They're buying fancy workout clothes and signing up for gym memberships they'll forget about by February.

I love seeing the workout selfies as they caption it, "New year, new me". But we both know what happens next... 

By Valentine's Day, it's back to being a ghost town. Except for that one guy who's always doing bicep curls in the squat rack. ;)

Here's the thing - most people fail because they try to change everything at once. 

It's like trying to learn juggling by starting with chainsaws. Spoiler alert: It doesn't end well.

You know what's funny? 

The people who actually succeed aren't the ones making dramatic New Year's proclamations on Facebook. They're the ones quietly making small, sustainable changes that stick.
