I'm literally
sitting here enjoying a Ghost Energy drink before I depart to the gym for some knee rehab and a lower body workout. Don't judge me (I love Ghost!). Anyway...
Â
Every January, it's the same story. Everyone is super pumped about their New Year resolutions. They're buying fancy workout clothes and signing up for gym memberships they'll forget about by February.
Â
I love seeing the workout selfies as they caption it, "New year, new me". But we both know what happens next...Â
Â
By Valentine's Day, it's back to being a ghost town. Except for that one guy who's always doing bicep curls in the squat rack. ;)
Â
Here's the thing - most people fail because they try to change everything at once.Â
Â
It's like trying to learn juggling by starting with chainsaws. Spoiler alert: It doesn't end well.
Â
You know what's funny?Â
Â
The people who actually succeed aren't the ones making dramatic New Year's proclamations on Facebook. They're the ones quietly making small, sustainable changes that stick.
Â
Want to know why most diets fail?Â
Â
Because they're about as sustainable as my relationship with power tools. It started exciting, but ended up with disappointment and abandonment.
Â
But what if this year could be different? What if instead of another restrictive diet that makes you hate life, you could learn how to eat in a way that actually works for YOUR body, personality, and
lifestyle?
Â
If you're tired of the January resolution roller coaster and ready for something that actually works, I might be able to help. I'm taking on a few new 1-on-1 coaching clients who want to make 2025 the year they finally figure this stuff out.
Â
First, let me show you why people end up on the roller coaster in the first place (and I promise - NO fluff).
Â
Then you can let me know a little about yourself by hitting the big orange button.
Â
All
the best,
Coach Mike
