No matter what time
you read this, I'm still full.
There are two days of the year when I cut 100% loose with my diet...
1) Thanksgiving
2) Christmas
I don't get why I do
this...
"Hhhmmm, I'm really full. But look at those sweets just sitting on the counter feeling neglected. They aren't full. They are feeling emptiness. I should fix that."
So off to the counter I go.
Then suddenly, my elastic sweatpants are even making stretching noises when I move, which I didn't think was possible.
Maybe you can relate. :)
Second Third Fourth Fifth helpings here and there of.... well everything.
Suddenly, you're like 4 pounds heavier...
... in a DAY.
Yikes.
Fortunately, there's a "hack" I do the day after Thanksgiving (and Christmas) and many
times, throughout the year.
In fact, the day I after I use this hack, I'm right back to the weight I was and sometimes even LIGHTER.
It's not some boring "diet" food.
It's not doing an insanely and
joint-jarring 90-minute workout (in fact, it has nothing to do with exercise).
Step 1: Drink 80 to 100 ounces of water throughout the day (you'll feel better after eating sodium rich foods, too)
