I want to take a
moment to talk to you about something that’s really important to me: your success.
See, I don’t just want you to reach your goals—I want you to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered every step of the way.
That’s why I offer unlimited access to me as
part of my coaching.
It’s not just about weekly check-ins. It’s about being there for you whenever you need it—whether you have a quick question, need advice, or just want a bit of motivation to keep going. You don’t have to wait for a scheduled meeting to reach out. I’m here for you.
In fact, I’ve had
customers reach out to me about products they purchased from me—and when I answered their questions, they were shocked to get a response. They told me that when they buy from other coaches or companies, they never hear back from anyone.
That’s not how I operate. I genuinely care about your success, and I’ll always be here to help you along the way.
But here's the thing—I don’t take on every client. I only work with people who I genuinely believe I can help. And that’s why I ask you to fill out an application before we start working together.
Why the application?
It’s
simple: I need to make sure we’re the right fit. I need to understand your goals, challenges, and what’s been holding you back so that I can create a plan that works for you. I want to make sure I’m the coach who can support you in the way you need so you can experience something like this, too.
This was from a check-in just last week...
The application isn’t a huge commitment—it’s a chance for us to get to know each other
and make sure we’re aligned in how we’ll approach your journey together. It’ll help me decide if I’m the right coach to support your goals and if you’re ready to dive in.
And because I know that getting started can feel overwhelming, I want to give you something to help you take that first step right now.
Here’s a simple exercise you can try today:
Pick ONE small, achievable goal for the next 24 hours.
It could be as simple as:
Getting in 10 minutes of movement
Drinking an extra glass of water before one of your meals or snacks
Eating a minimum of 1 serving of protein at lunch
The key is to make it so doable that you can’t say no—and once you complete it, you’ll feel that small win that builds
momentum.
This is exactly the kind of thing we’ll focus on in my coaching—small, consistent steps that create lasting change without overwhelming you.
