I'd rather lose weight sustainably.
It's not about dropping body fat...
It's about keeping it off.

Personality-based works because it's easier to stay consistent.
It's easier to maintain.
It's more effective because it works with your nature.
Think of it like your metabolic love language.
Once you start speaking that language, your body will
change the way you want it to.
