Today, I just wanted to remind you of something...
You're WORTH the time and effort, even if it's minimal.
Please stop telling yourself it's not worth it when it gets hard...
And when it seems like nothing is working, you're still worth it to make a few adjustments and tweaks to see what's going on...
And when it seems like such a chore to make something healthier for dinner VS going out for a fried chicken sandwich or a juicy burger, you're worth it...
And when it feels like you're going to be hooked on sugar and bread for the rest of your life, you're worth it to use a simple strategy & tracker to get to the root of the problem and overcome your addiction...
And when you think you don't have the time to exercise at all because you have so much to do,
you're worth it to do what you can and realize that yes indeed, every little bit counts, even it's just a few minutes.
And when you have self-doubt thinking you've tried everything already and you're doomed to stay in the body you're in...
... you're worth it to
breaking through those walls of self-doubt and having someone in your corner help you figure out a sustainable lifestyle that works with you and not against you.
Bottom line: You ARE worth it.
