Sometimes it's
golf...
Â
Sometimes it's playing with your kids or grandkids...
Â
Sometimes it's tennis or pickleball...
Â
Maybe basketball?...
Â
Perhaps it's working in your garden or doing some landscaping...
Â
The thing is - most people give up their favorite hobbies simply because it HURTS.Â
Â
They blame it on "old age".Â
Â
Don't get me wrong. I felt that way, too. I kept asking myself, "Am I too old to be playing basketball with guys in their 20s?"
Â
Maybe you're having those doubts, too... and maybe you're missing the things you use to LOVE doing.
Â
Now you could do an hour of Yoga to diminish
the pain or get more mobile, but either:
Â
A) You don't have the time OR...
Â
B) It's really boring for youÂ
Â
It's both A and B for me. :)Â
Â
And besides, Yoga is great, but based on some of the poses I've seen, I ask myself, "Is a 67-year old supposed to be able to do that?"...
Â
... because I can't even at 50 lol.Â
Â
And doing 30 minutes of Yoga sounds hideously boring to me (I don't have anything
against it - I just don't personally enjoy it like my wife does).Â
Â
Truth is - it's NOT too late.
Â
You CAN get back to doing the things you love or you can continue doing the things you love, but it can be much easier.
Â
If you want your legs, hips, glutes, and well... your entire body to feel better without marathon stretching routines or awkward Yoga poses...
I suggest this doable 8-minute mobility routine
If you
have ANY muscle stiffness or a general lack of mobility, you should check it out.
You could feel better in just 8 minutes.
Imagine what could happen in just 4 weeks of following this consistently...
Â
To feeling renewed,
MikeyÂ
