A couple of years ago on my birthday, my wife asked me, "With tonight being your birthday, you really don't want anything special. You want to play basketball? That's it?"
I told her, "Yep". :)
Even though most of the guys are in their 20s and 30s, that's what I wanted to do at 49.
Now the next morning after playing hoops, I do tend to take the stairs sideways because I'm a little achy and "tight".
Sometimes, it's still hard to admit, you know? ...
This whole "aging" thing.
My wife tried to get me to do Yoga years ago, but it wasn't for me.
For one thing, I got really bored. It was an hour long!
And frankly, my body was just in too many uncomfortable positions lol.
And my wife is always on me about stretching more.
I hate stretching. It's boring!
When it comes time to do stretching or mobility, I'm not exactly motivated.
If I want to target my knees, quads, glutes, hamstrings,
shoulders, and everything else that's stiff, it's a good 30-40 minutes. Yawn. Fortunately, I was introduced to a new way of reducing pain and getting
more flexible and mobile. If you want your legs, hips, glutes, and well... your entire body to feel better without marathon stretching routines or awkward Yoga poses... I suggest this unusual 8-minute mobility routine If you have ANY muscle stiffness or a general lack of mobility, you should check it
out.
You could feel better in just 8 minutes.
Imagine what could happen in just 4 weeks of following this
consistently...
Later tater,
Mikey
