Right now, it's "Savage 6".
What are you talking about, Mikey?
I'll get to that shortly.
First, do you recognize this friend making a funny face?

That's Jennifer Aniston from my favorite TV show of all time, Friends. She's 56!
So you think she diets like crazy or does Weight Watchers?
Nope.
In fact, she enjoys Mexican food (who doesn't?) and revealed she also loves a big bowl of pasta.
So what's her training secret at 56 to allow so many carbs?
More cardio? More HIIT? Powerlifting?
Well, she uses a training technique called "periodization".
The only thing is...
... she also gets bored with her workouts easily and likes to change it up.
To fix that, she uses a combination of "phases".
It's not your traditional strength
training phase followed by 25 minutes of HIIT, either.
In fact, I recommend cutting back or even eliminating HIIT because if you're over 40, too much HIIT can drain your energy and your cravings could go through the roof.
However, with the right exercises in the right
order, you could burn off nearly 1,000 calories in one single 27-minute workout...
... and you could enjoy Mexican food and big bowls of pasta, too. :)
This is how you should exercise if you're over 40
I'm not saying you'll look like Jennifer Aniston, but I will say you'll find it much easier to lose the stubborn pounds without suffering with a boring diet.
Now as for Savage 6, that's what the new program is all about...
A 4-exercise strength circuit followed by a 2-exercise finisher superset.
You'll crush strength and cardio in the span of about 30 minutes with or
without equipment, and with beginner and joint-friendly options.
If you want access to Savage 6, then take advantage now before the new one kicks off (I give you a new program to follow every month so you continue to get leaner, stronger, and more fit without having to think).
Later tater,
Mikey
