Repeat until you reach 300 total swings (but doing so in sets of 20, resting for 15-30 secs between sets).

Then I hit the "dreadmill" since it was raining and cold. I walked at a comfortable pace (3.4 speed) and at an incline of 6.0 for 20 minutes. (If you ever walk at an incline, make sure to stretch your calves as they can get tight!).

I left the gym feeling pretty good and young. :)
