A man tried to sell
me a coffin yesterday.
Sheesh. That's the last thing I need!
It's so bad, it's good. You're welcome.
It's the simple things in life that make me laugh.
And unfortunately, it's the complicated things in the fitness world that make getting back in shape ... well, not so simple.
Alright look...
What's the #1 thing you can do to lose the most fat and have the most energy all day long?
It's not a trick question. It's no "secret", either.
Increase your metabolism
This accounts for EVERYTHING regarding the way you look and feel. You knew this already, but...
This is where it gets confusing...
That's a shame because your metabolism has incredible calorie-burning potential.
So let's fix that...
There are 4 "hot zones" that, when worked in unison, burn about 57% of your daily calories.
1) Pushing muscles
2) Pulling muscles
3) Core (not crunches or sit-ups)
4) Lower body
This is where people go wrong.
They plug in "secret" exercises that don't use these hot zones because they look "cool" because they saw them on YouTube or social media.
Next thing you know - you experience burnout or worse - an injury.
You see, the more you work those "hot zones", the more "metabolic disturbance" you create. The more of a disturbance, the more calorie-burning.
Here's why - your body has to return to a normal state and in order to do that, it burns calories.
The thing is - most people don't take advantage of this simple loophole and instead, work muscles that really don't create much of a disturbance.
To be blunt, these hot zones are dormant for most people.
And unfortunately, most people may even work these
"zones", but not in the most efficient manner.
If you're tired, even after exercise (exercise is supposed to GIVE you energy, not drain you), or you've been struggling to lose weight and even lacking motivation, you're probably not taking correct advantage of your hot zones.
I show my coaching clients
how to do this in about 30 minutes, 3 times a week. If they want to shed fat faster, I give them metabolic cardio 2 times a week in between their main workouts.
And I released a 12-week training program called, Thrive, which is designed to firm up muscle, crank up your metabolism, and burn off stomach fat - specifically for those 40 and older.
Here is how you activate your 4 "hot zones" and burn nearly 9X more fat than traditional exercise.
Do more of what works, not more "fluff" (not to mention something
that will offset that candy you and I both know you'll eat)...
