wanted to share some good news...
My client about 12lbs in 3 weeks, however - she lost a total of 50 lbs and has kept it off...

But that's not even the best part...
It was done with a mediocre plan.
That’s right.
She had a basic plan that made sense for her personality.
But here’s the important part:
She didn’t achieve those results because it was the most intense plan in the world.
Nope.
- She didn't spend hours in the gym (actually, she doesn't even have a gym membership)
- It wasn't a "macronutrient masterpiece" - she already tried that in the past and failed. Instead, she simply shifted some things she was already doing
- She didn't do
