Starting fresh after you lose your way is quite common.
Think about it - it’s why New Year resolutions are so popular after stuffing our faces with questionable amounts of sugar and processed foods.
We even do it throughout the year…
“Yep, I’ll have a 5th slice of pizza. I’ll just restart my diet again on Monday”.
Here's the thing...
This “Pause & Restart”
Mentality Only Builds Your Skill of Pausing and Restarting
This “relief” of being able to start over when the “time is right”...
I totally get it.
It can feel extremely undoable to improve your
nutrition and exercise habits while experiencing a ton of stress such as finding a new job, working overtime, caring for aging parents, etc.
Why do you think there are so many 14, 21, and even 90-day challenges and programs on the internet?
But what do these intense “sprints” teach
you?
The skill of getting fit within a very short (and completely non-representative) period of your life.
However, what don’t they teach you?
The skill of getting fit (or staying fit) in the midst of a
normal, complicated, “how it really is” sort of life.
This is why the yo-yo diet thing has become such a phenomenon.
People go “all out” until they run out of motivation, energy, and desire...
And what they
don’t get is the ability to get fit under real-life circumstances.
Perhaps you can relate...
This is why it doesn’t stick - not because you’re a failure.
This limited skill set is
short-term progress followed by long-term frustration. This cycle tends to repeat itself for weeks, months, and even years.
This is so important...
Not feeling guilty when you're not perfect is part of the secret to success.
Some weeks you'll be "on it" and some weeks you'll slip up. This is life.
But never, never give up to restart later. This is a vicious cycle.

Tomorrow, I turn 50. It's hard for me to comprehend.
However, I'm giving YOU the gift.
I've decided that as long as you're a good fit and I can certainly help you, I'm going to PAY for your first two months of coaching.
And yes, this is for 1-on-1 coaching.
Now obviously, I can't take on a bunch of people and give
the 1-on-1 attention.
So I do have an application process in place to make sure this is a win/win.

Step 2 would be on me. I'll personally go over your application and see if I can help you. I may ask you a couple more questions if I'm unclear on something. I will personally respond whether I can help you or not as I feel that's the right thing to do.
Step 3: If I can help, I'll send you a detailed overview of how
my coaching program works, how it's different, what you can expect, etc. If it feels right for you, then we'll get started and I'll be paying for your first two months. :)
