Please, please don't
judge me, OK?
Â
But I got it. I saw it and couldn't help myself...
Â
Frosted Gingerbread creamer.
Â
Yes, I realize it's not even Halloween, but this flavor is one of my all-time favorites.Â
Â
Anyway, I wanted to share some good news about coffee...
Â
A recent study published in Clinical Nutrition evaluated the associations between changes in coffee and caffeine consumption and fat tissue changes.
Â
It's
not just any study, either. This study used 6 years of data.Â
Â
And...
Â
The data was based on men and women AT LEAST 55 years of age.
Â
The
results?Â
Â
Lower body fat was evident for participants who drank coffee. And...
Â
The authors found that shifting from no/low to moderate consumption of coffee was associated with a decline in VAT (visceral adipose tissue - which is body fat deep inside the
belly, wrapped around the organs, including the liver and intestines.), trunk fat, and total fat.
Â
The findings suggest that moderate levels of coffee could become a part of the weight management strategy among older people with obesity.
Â
So, enjoy your coffee. :)
Â
Oh yeah...
Â
There is yet better news for coffee drinkers...
Â
Studies have found that one tiny tweak to your coffee can help you:
Â
>> Increase fat-burning throughout your day
Â
>> Enhance coffee's natural benefits (wakefulness, energy, cognitive function, etc)
Â
>>
Eliminate coffee's unwanted drawbacks (energy crash, jitters, elevated heart rate,
etc)
Â
Here's how to "doctor up your coffee".
Â
To not just looking better, but feeling better,
Mikey
