Are we seriously on the verge of hitting 2025?
Like... how?? Anyway, I recall communicating with a woman around this time of year last year and she only had a few clothes left that fit and even those are tight.
She refused to buy new clothes in a bigger size, which I respect.
As we talked, I had to ask her why now and not wait until the new year (like everyone else does).
She said she's been trying the new year "thing" for years with no success.
We agreed that time is the most valuable resource.
I see this vicious cycle with a lot of people...
First, they wait until the new year to make a change.
But... they end up spending the first 4-6 months of the new year undoing the "damage" they made the last 4-6 weeks of the previous year.
Then summer comes and "vacations" or friend/family summer events get in the way...
Then fall comes and then
they think, "Well, I'll just start in the new year"
The vicious cycle continues.
Certainly you've heard of this before...
"The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting a different result".
Now I'm not saying you need to go on a diet, either. In fact, my clients don't go on a diet. I don't want them eliminating any of
their favorite foods or drinks, nor do I want them to rely on powders, pills, or frozen meals...
You can make just a few small adjustments now that won't impact your favorite holiday traditions at all, while creating some momentum and structure to enter 2025 with.
So...
What do you need to adjust?
- Your daily routine?
- Your circle of influence?
- Your mindset?
- Your habits?
To create a different outcome, you need to create a different process.
To your success - your friend and coach,
