First, let me explain the pic...
You don’t have to change your diet from pizza, fried chicken, and ice cream to kale, tuna, and fruit overnight.
Nor do you have to go from Netflix bingeing every
day to bootcamp 6 days a week.
But you can’t sit still and blame overwhelm, either.
If for one day, you choose an apple over apple pie, that's great progress, even if you chose apple pie over an apple the other 6 days of the week.
The same goes for just 15 minutes
of movement twice in a week over watching one more episode of Friends (the episode where Joey takes a while to understand something). Sure, that's just 30 minutes, but it's progress compared to no exercise the previous week.
I challenge you to make a small "shift" with just one habit over the next 72 hours.
After
all...

And if you're wondering, "This
really doesn't work though", I'd like you to see some accountability check-ins I've had with my coaching program...

Even if it defies logic and you do something different...

And you learn life-long skills that will pay for years to come...

I'll personally respond to see if I can help.
Either way, hope this gave you perspective,
Coach Mikey
