I see a lot of people overwhelmed. So, I was thinking of "reviving" one of my programs called, "Achievable You". It's no longer on the market thanks to other projects I had committed to.
Achievable You was a very simple monthly "Fitness Packet" that's... well, achievable for you (hence the name).
In fact, I still send a monthly issue to current members on the 1st of every month (so if you're getting that, you can ignore this).
It includes a warm-up template, a 3-day training plan that takes just 15 minutes, 2 optional metabolic cardio routines, and a "Feel Better in 4" mobility routine.
There's also a new breakfast, lunch,
and dinner recipe to try so you never get bored, and finally, a simple monthly habit tracker to make this a lifestyle VS a fad...
... all wrapped up in a short, digestable PDF.
No app. No fancy membership site.
It removes the "fluff" and "noise" of the industry and gives you some doable action steps to
achieve your ideal health (again, hence the name "Achievable You".)
But - I don't want to revive this if you don't want it. :)
