You'll love this nutrition hack that is so simple... but first a quick story about one of my coaching clients...
She was traveling quite a bit, but she didn't want to stop the progress she made so she wanted to train. However...
She didn't want to "think" much, so we simplified her approach for that week.
The hotel she stayed at had several dumbbells - but that's about it.
I had her do this workout 3 times in 7 days, with a day of rest in between:
Dumbbell Swings (heavier weight) (10)
Plank (60 secs)
Dumbbell Swings (moderate weight) (20)
Rest until you catch your breath and can do the entire circuit with great form. Repeat for 20 minutes.
Again, this helped because she was just extremely busy. She didn't have to "think".
Sometimes, you have to do the same with your diet. Simplify.
For example...
With two young boys and homeschooling
kicking off, it's an extremely busy season for us.
One of our "go-tos" during fall is delicious soup.
There's one thing you should know about soup...
Penn State University researchers found that the mix of solid foods and liquid
together tricks the body into feeling full...
... about 400 calories sooner than it normally would.
If you do the math…
That means up to 50 pounds of extra weight in just one year...
...without you doing any real "work" and having to create complicated meals.
Anyway, there's a stupid-simple plan that is helping a lot of people lose fat without much "thinking" because it's so easy to follow.
You can check that out here.
Later tater,
Mikey
