I'm tired of
hearing this - "you need to cut carbs if you wanna lose weight."
Most people have. Thing is...
Medical research study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows the exact opposite...
Researchers
worked with volunteers and basically "overfed" them carbs for a full week.
As in an additional 1,000 extra calories on day 1!
But get this...
All these extra carbs actually boosted metabolism
by 37%.
This wasn't intended.
So on day 2 researchers kicked things up a notch. They overfed participants an extra 1,500 calories.
But again, each volunteers' metabolism cranked
up... And by the end of the week researchers were begging the volunteers to eat even more carbs... And despite 5 days of crazy over-eating... guess what? None of the participants gained any appreciable amount of body
fat. So, never let anyone tell you that you can't enjoy carbs without gaining fat. Because the truth is... you can. The secret is knowing what kinds of carbs to eat. My colleague Matt gives you some
examples and goes over this material much deeper in this article: All Carbs Don't Make You Store Fat Matt shatters a few other diet "sacred truths" there as well.
Enjoy,
Mikey
