Anyone can tell you to "Eat this. Eat that. Avoid This. Avoid that."

And then when you can't stick to it or don't see results because it goes against your personality, you start to ask...

What's wrong with me?

Why am I failing?
Â
Why can't I do this?
Â
The real question you
should be asking is...

Is this really the path for me?
Â
Fortunately, my client was smart enough to question the sustainability of what she was doing and reached out for help.

At a certain point you just get so frustrated at constantly spinning your wheels that you feel like there HAS to be a better
way.

And, of course, there is.

She made the investment in herself and began working with me.

Here's where it gets fun...

She knows how to enjoy life, go out to eat, vacations, etc. and not feel guilty.

She can still be human.

She can still have days where everything falls apart.

And she can still make progress and enjoy her life through all of that.
