Sheesh. That was hard.
I'm talking about the KB finisher complex I did after an upper body workout. I like using swings and snatches to keep my hips open and improve my mobility - and sure, the calorie burn is awesome, too. :)
So, I did this to finish my workout:
- KB Snatch (5/side)
- KB 1-Arm Swing (10/side)
- KB Snatch (5/side)
- Rest 30 secs and repeat 2
more times
That 30-sec rest period is no joke.
Once I got back from my workout, this caught my eye...
