What if you tried something radically different...

Crazy, even.

Just stick with me for a second.

Imagine this...

You wake up every morning and you don't step on the scale.

You drink some water, do whatever you need to do as part of your morning routine (mmmm, all the coffee) and then...

You eat breakfast.

You don't track it. You just eat it. And if it's not breakfast (because you fast), let's say it's your first meal of the day.

And you don't feel lost or question whether you're "doing things right."

You just eat.

Then, you go on about your day.

You likely get a workout in or perhaps a walk, with the energy to do so.

You focus on the things that require your attention.. work, family, more coffee, adulting type things, spouse (notice that spouse comes last lol).

And, in a shocking turn of events, you prioritize yourself.

You get in at least 20 minutes of time that's just for you to sit (or walk) with your thoughts.

You eat what feels right throughout the day.

Some protein with each meal.

Some carbs and fats based on what you want.

And perhaps some snacks to round out the day.

You eat dinner with your family and don't think twice about having to make a separate "healthier" meal for yourself or whether what you're eating "fits."

You just eat.

Then, you have some time to chill, watch a little Netflix or read, and call it a day.

And that's it.

You don't go to bed wondering what the scale will say tomorrow.

You don't scroll through MyFitnessPal to make sure everything was accounted for.

You're not disappointed with how you look in the mirror.

You just go to bed and do it all again the next day.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that you actually feel amazing.

Like full of energy....

Strong.

Rested and recovered.

Way less stress and anxiety.

And that's the norm.

Sound too good to be true?

If yes, I would argue that your mindset needs to change right now.

If you can't see that reality for yourself it will never be your reality.

By the way, that's the end game.

It will look slightly different for each individual.

But we're talking minor details.

The basic gist remains the same.

Do you want that end game?

I mean, truly?

Is that what you want for yourself?
