to see this, but I had my wife test-drive one of my programs with her fitness tracker to see how many calories she burned from it.

The workout was only about 25 minutes, yet at the 53-minute mark, she had burned 985 calories thanks to the PROOF that the right exercises in the right order create a massive calorie post-workout burn.
