When the pandemic hit in 2020, we had no choice
but to give up our gym membership because it closed.
I wasn't going to let that stop me, so I got a kettlebell on Amazon for my wife and I.
We both enjoyed the 30-40 minutes in commute time we saved by exercising at home.
The combinations of bodyweight and kettlebell exercise combos are
practically ENDLESS.
And the muscle definition it can bring is fun, too :)
I’ll never forget the first time I laid my hands on a kettlebell as I became a master trainer. I’ve been in love with them ever since.
It’s a powerful tool to shed fat, firm up muscles you didn’t even think you had, and improve your endurance (don’t be surprised if you start taking the stairs
like a boss and don’t feel winded).
I had some clients requesting things they can do at home using a kettlebell and many of them started to enjoy exercise more.
Now it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know when you're enjoying something, it's easier to stay motivated.
Sometimes you need to shake up your
routine and that's OK!
