I hope you don't mind me sharing this photo every year on Mother's Day. It's my favorite "Mother's Day" photo of all time.
It was taken 8 years ago, too...
I took it while on a walk with my wife and our two boys.
I think this is why she loves to go hiking or walking with our boys - she hangs onto memories like this (as do I!).
At the time, they were 3 and 5.
Poof. Just like that, they're now 11 and 13.
Time goes
by so fast, right? It's also something we can't reclaim. Once it's gone, it's gone.
And as you can imagine, if your cup isn't full, it's very difficult to pour into others.
That's why I don't like hearing about Moms and Grandmoms saying "No" to going to the park or going on walks or even having to leave family gatherings early because they are just so tired.
It's a matter of just surviving and not thriving.
So, for the next 48 hours, I'm going to do something different for Moms and Grandmoms.
I want to help them go from surviving to THRIVING.
So if you're a mother or grandmother and you'd love a great jumpstart on your health and make
awesome progress in the next 21 days, enroll in Velocity Renewal here.
And if you enroll by tomorrow, I'll give you FREE access to Equip, my coaching program for women for 30 days AFTER you're done with Velocity so you can continue the momentum :)
Happy Mother's Day :)
“Mothers and their children are in a category all their own. There’s no bond so strong in the entire world. No love so instantaneous and forgiving.” - Gail Tsukiyama
I hope you have an amazing Mother's Day and take time to thank the Moms in your life.
All the best
Mikey
