Wow - the scale finally budged for her for the first time in 5 years.
What did she do??
Just like my other clients, you know how much HIIT (High Intensity
Interval Training) they're doing?
Zero.
HIIT is something I no longer "prescribe" to my coaching clients.
Once you reach 40, it's harder to recover from.
Plus, "traditional" HIIT pounds your joints and leads to ongoing aches and pains, stiff knees, and sore backs.
This can lead to a buildup of cortisol due to the chronic stress, and that's not good because cortisol is a fat-STORAGE hormone.
And unfortunately...
Traditional exercise also damages your thyroid and sucks your energy.
The thing is - too many programs are designed to make you FEEL like you worked out instead of setting up your body to burn fat.
These popular programs are require way too much "cardio" movements, which leads to saggy skin, a damaged thyroid, and making you feel sluggish, weak, and tired.
Your thyroid gland regulates your body's metabolism.
When your thyroid
doesn't work properly, it causes hypothyroidism, the drastic slowing down of many of your body's processes (such as burning fat).
By engaging in overly demanding exercise such as repeated "cardiovascular" movements, a surge of hormonal imbalances occur in the body.
This is true for BOTH men and
women.
These imbalances lead to a reduced thyroid function.
A reduced thyroid function = less fat-burning.
And this is why I no longer "prescribe" HIIT, but instead,
HIRT. And...
It's lethal against belly fat. In fact...
No matter your fitness level or your age, your body will be flooded with anti-aging and fat-burning hormones for 24+ hours.
Women will experience slimmer thighs and hips.
Men will experience more muscle definition and the coveted "V-shape".
BOTH men and women will see a smaller waist and slimmer stomach. Here's the "secret sauce" to making it work: HIRT VS HIIT This means you get to eat
more, too because you're changing your DNA... Read more about HIRT here. Later tater,Mikey, Master
