Did you know you can
get a meal plan for free on the internet? They’re everywhere.
You can even purchase a customized meal plan typically for as little as $100, breaking down exactly how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats to eat.
So, the question is - What’s holding you
back?
It’s the mental “clutter” that comes with meal plans, and you end up driving yourself crazy with questions such as…
“What if I can’t plan ahead?”
“Can I really stick with this?”
“I don’t know. Maybe meal plans aren’t right for me.”
“The meal plan says 20 grams of protein. But what if I have eggs? Aren’t eggs fats? Or are they fats and proteins? Wait a second. I don’t even like eggs? This meal plan won’t work!”
“This meal plan calls for kale and kale tastes like the devil. I don’t like eating devil. It’s evil. Haha. I’m hilarious.”
Where is the ice cream on this meal plan? I can’t have ice cream ever again? I won’t last two weeks.”
This is called paralysis by
analysis…
In other words, you’re so overwhelmed with info and doubt, you take no action.
And you know that no action = same ole’ same ole’
The "secret" to impactful, yet sustainable weight
loss is making "shifts" so that fitness becomes a part of who you are VS a "chore".
And many times that means addressing the "not-so-fun" stuff such as:
- Self-sabotage
- Stress and/or emotional eating
- Learning the right exercise for YOUR body and YOUR fitness level so you're not damaging your joints or end up frustrated
due to lack of results
- Your relationship with food
Otherwise, you're just treating your health like an on/off switch, which explains the yo-yo dieting.
If you want to continue this "on and off" path, that choice is yours.
But if you are ready to see impactful, sustainable results, you should explore my
Equip coaching system.
Your first step is to go here.
And I'll respond to you personally :)
All the best!
