I remember waaaaay
back in 2005 or 2006 when I decided to become a personal trainer.
When I first started, most of my clients were in their 30s, with a few in their 40s and older. Now 95% of my clients are 45 and older, including a woman in her 70s that refuses to slow down (her words, not mine lol).
