Can't lose weight even when you eat healthy and exercise?

"I can't lose
weight, even when I'm eating healthy and exercising."
I see this happen a lot.
It's important to realize that this is a short-term circumstance, not losing weight long term while at a caloric deficit generally means that something just isn't adding up.
There are four different types of weight that can cause the number on the scale to fluctuate. This includes:
Fat
Muscle
Water retention
Food
Most of the time when people are looking to lose weight, they are aiming to lose body fat over anything else.
But depending on a variety of factors, you could be experiencing an increase or decrease in any of the above that will be reflected on the scale.
And chronic dieting can
lead to what’s called a new “metabolic setpoint”.
This setpoint is when your body adapts to chronic dieting and lower calories so it learns to function at a lower calorie level.
It's why so many people do Keto, Weight Watchers, etc. and have that initial success, but then they hit a
plateau.
So what do they do?
They reduce their carbs or points even more until they start seeing success (if any) again.
But at some point, they are fed up with feeling hungry and deprived all
the time, and irritable. Then they throw in the towel and go back to their old habits.
Well, now the weight they initially lost comes roaring back and in many cases, PLUS some more.
Good news - this can be reversed.
I’ve had numerous clients finally start to lose fat by eating more, but with a strategy based on their lifestyle, goals, and what they’ve been doing, just like these folks...
And most importantly, it STICKS. I like to reach out to clients AFTER they graduate to see how they're doing and I love seeing replies like this...
If you like the idea of:
No food restrictions
Being able to lose weight even if you're a picky
eater
Having something customized and tailored just for you so it's realistic to stick to
Losing weight immediately for motivation, but learning how to keep it off in a sustainable way...
