I want to share my
exercise "trick" that I've now used for YEARS to not only lose, but keep off the 115lbs I've lost.
It's not really a trick per say, but common sense APPLIED.
Hands down, doing a full body workout is the fastest path to changing your body.
Sure, it's "fun" doing a split such as arms one day, legs another day, back another day, etc., etc.
But...
A) This takes more workouts
B) This isn't as effective as hitting your entire body
Bottom line, a full body workout burns more fat than traditional exercise (when structured right).
There's exercise, and there's training. There is a
difference.
I'm not saying just doing any exercise is bad, but I am saying you can make exercise serve you better and get faster/better results.
The same goes for coffee...
You can use coffee as a weapon for weight loss, just like exercise. In fact, a recent study published in Clinical Nutrition evaluated the associations between changes in coffee and caffeine consumption and fat tissue changes.
It's not just any study, either. This study used 6 years of data.
And...
The data was based on men and women AT LEAST 55 years of age.
The results?
Lower body fat was evident for participants who drank
coffee.
And...
The authors found that shifting from no/low to moderate consumption of coffee was associated with a decline in VAT (visceral adipose tissue - which is body fat deep inside the belly, wrapped around the organs, including the liver and intestines.), trunk fat, and total
fat.
The findings suggest that moderate levels of coffee could become a part of the weight management strategy among older people with obesity.
Yet, you can make coffee work even better for you...
Latest studies have found that one tiny tweak to your coffee puts your body into fat-burning mode for the rest of the day.
Imagine combining this with what we already know from the study above...
This coffee trick takes less than 10 seconds, yet it instantly cranks up your
metabolism and boosts your health, energy, and well-being at the same time, while suppressing your appetite and cravings (great for this time of year lol).
Here's how to "doctor up your coffee" to burn more fat.
Later tater,
Mikey
