A
lot of people are struggling with this "getting old" thing - including me!
It's quite humbling to take the stairs sideways after a night of hoops.
Now my wife
tried to get me to do Yoga years ago, but it wasn't for me.
For one thing, I got really bored. It was an hour long!
And frankly, my body was just in too many uncomfortable positions. I thought this was supposed to make you feel better is what I told her.
And my wife is always on me about stretching more.
Look, I hate stretching. It's boring!
When it comes time to do stretching or mobility, I roll my eyes.
If I want to target my knees, quads, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and everything else that's stiff, it's a good 30-40 minutes. Yawn. Fortunately, I was introduced to a new way of reducing pain and getting more flexible and mobile. I've never heard of this guy, yet was stunned by the research on his page. If you want your legs, hips, glutes, and well... your entire body to feel better without marathon stretching routines or awkward Yoga poses... I suggest this unusual 8-minute mobility routine If you have ANY muscle stiffness or a general lack of
mobility, you should check it out.
You could feel better in just 8 minutes.
Imagine what could happen in
just 4 weeks of following this consistently...
Later tater,
Mikey
