Yesterday, I talked about "fasting without fasting".
I've had multiple clients attempt intermittent fasting in the past and fail miserably because it wasn't a good fit for them...
... until I showed them how to
use "modified" fasting.
And just like any "diet", you can modify a fast to fit your personality and lifestyle.
For example - one weekly 18-hour fast VS one weekly 24-hour fast. More doable for a lot of people.
Or perhaps a daily fast of 14 hours VS a daily fast of 16 hours. Those two hours can make all the difference between hungry and HANGRY. :)
Not to mention another option for daily fasting - 5 days a week VS 7.
That's the beautiful thing about fasting - it's more flexible than most
"traditional" diets out there.
It's perhaps the simplest way to cut calories and lose fat.
