It's when Kevin is walking home and Marv & Harry almost hit him with their van...
This was achieved by having Macaulay Culkin walk backward as the van was driven in reverse away from him. The film was then
shown backward.
Oddly enough, this got me thinking of you...
You see, a new year is coming up and so here come the resolutions...
People on a mission
to lose 30, 40, even 70lbs or more.
So they vow to start this diet, or that workout program, or eliminate this, or eliminate that...
Then they lose a few lbs... maybe even 20 or more. And that's great...
But it comes back on. There is no motivation to continue. The willpower has run dry.
Then history repeats itself year after year.
When will it be different for you by doing the same thing over and over?
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” - Albert Einstein
Just like this scene Macaulay Culkin does in Home Alone, it's time to do things backwards from what you're used to doing in order to achieve your loss of 30, 50, even 70lbs or more.
Once you do this and discover how to make fitness a part of who you are VS a "chore", you'll start experiencing results. More importantly, you'll gain a new perspective like my client (we'll call her Brandy to protect her privacy):
